What documents are required for a business to open DNBC Global Wallet?

To open a DNBC Global Wallet, you must first establish a Business Account if you haven't done so already.

Below is a general overview of the necessary documentation based on your entity type:

Entity Types:

  • Public Company
  • Private Limited Company
  • Corporation
  • Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
  • Limited Liability Company (LLC) or Limited Partnership
  • Foundation Trust, etc.

Required Documents:

To open a business account, you generally need two categories of documents: Director & Shareholder Documents and Company Documents.

Director & Shareholder Documents:

  • Passport of Director/Manager
  • Passport of Shareholder/Member
  • Proof of Address
  • Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) details, or for Sole Proprietors and Single-Member LLCs, you may use your Social Security Number.

Company Documents:

  • Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • Company Address Registration
  • Share Certificate
  • Business License
  • FATCA/CRS Entity Self-Certification
  • Company Extract, etc.

Clients may need to submit digital copies, hard copies, or additional proof based on the specific inquiry process. Additionally, participation in online interviews with members of the DNBC Financial Group may be required to clarify any information during the onboarding process.

Once you successfully pass the KYC for your Business Account, we will verify whether you and your business meet the onboarding criteria to open DNBC Global Wallet.
